PROSTHESES
Removable dental prostheses are structures that can be inserted and removed from the mouth and replace the missing teeth depending how many they are
Total Prosthesis (tissue): It is applied in case of complete loss of the teeth in the lower or upper jaw of the patient. Thus, it takes an extremely short time to get healthy teeth. It is also important to facilitate the digestive system and make your eating habits practical. The use of the prosthesis placed on the palate is simple and there is no problem.
Implant-supported removable prosthesis: These are prostheses in which palate prostheses are supported with implants in order to increase the retention of total prostheses and reduce the mobility of the prosthesis. 2, 3 or 4 implants can be a placed for support. Due to the presence of these implants, the resorption of the jawbone stops down. In addition, with implant support, an effective retention is provided between the jaw and the prosthesis, your biting force increases, and your eating and drinking and talking become more comfortable.
Partial Prosthesis: Removable prostheses are made where some main teeth are present and the rest missing. This type of prosthesis provides retention with wires called clasp and connected to the main teeth. Sensitive connected aesthetic prostheses can also be made to patients who think that these clasps maybe unaesthetic.
Precision Attachment prosthesis: These are more aesthetic solution for patients who do not want their clasps to be seen in the mouth. Precision Attachment prostheses are also called sliding or snap fasteners among the people. Precision Attachment prostheses are often applied in patients who have lost their posterior molars. They are more immobile than the prostheses with clasps. It is described as a semi-fixed prosthesis, that is, it plays less in the mouth. They look more aesthetic because there are no clasps.
Defleks Prosthesis: Deflex prosthesis; also described as unbreakable prosthesis. Since the clasps are not used, it is an aesthetic-looking prosthesis. It is a prosthesis produced using the thermo injection method, which is possible to insert and remove. It prevents our patients from experiencing a voice change or mispronouncing words while speaking.
